Việc vừa rồi phát hiện xe chở chất thải từ bể phốt chung cư xả thẳng ra sông Tô Lịch đúng là vi phạm nghiêm trọng, vì loại chất thải này thuộc nhóm chất thải nguy hại sinh học, chứa vi khuẩn, ký sinh trùng, chất hữu cơ phân hủy… Nếu đổ trực tiếp ra sông, nó gây ô nhiễm nước, bốc mùi, hủy hoại hệ sinh thái và ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe cộng đồng.
